Well. You’re in luck! Learn the basic principles of yoga with Chrissy in this beginner’s series at the Moon + the Mat Yoga Studio.
Yoga means “to yoke,” or integrate, the mind and body. You will discover the building blocks in this series and Chrissy will guide you in the process of integration. A regular yoga practice is a great compliment to other exercise and meditation modalities; may promote health, wellness, and a sense of calm; and best yet, the effects are felt on and off the mat.
