Two hours of supported restorative yoga poses and gentle hands on massage and bodywork! Traditional Thai Yoga Massage (Thai Yoga Bodywork) is an ancient modality that dates back 2,500 years and combines breath, yoga asana, and mindful meditation into an aligned and passive practice where the practitioner moves the recipient, with metta (loving kindness), through poses, while applying gentle pressure through the palms of the hands along energy lines and pressure points. This type of bodywork may relieve muscular tension, improve circulation, boost the immune system, and balance the energetics of the body.
Join Chrissy for an evening of support and energy work to heal both body and mind at Green Tea Yoga. She will guide you into meditative state and lead you through a restorative practice while providing hands on thai yoga bodywork to move your body into a deeper state of relaxation and wellbeing.
